        - Whether a partnership firm, private ltd company, public limited company or other venture.
        - Brief description of Board of directors.
        - Mission, vision and Value statement if any.
        - Number of employees.
        - Number of dedicated sales people.
        - Registered office address.
        - What kind of services do you provide.
        - Your present business partners/affiliates.
        - Last Turnover if your Organisation is more than a year old.
        - Key contact person.
        - Email id, phone number of key contact person.
